All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, myminiblast does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any purchases made on myminiblast.store. All sales are final.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed or shipped. Please ensure all shipping details and items in your cart are correct before completing your purchase.
Shipping Protection ($4.99)
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout for $4.99.
- If Shipping Protection was purchased: Your package is fully covered against loss, damage, or theft during transit. If your order is lost in transit, damaged upon delivery, or stolen after delivery, contact us at support@myminiblast.store within 7 days of the issue, and we will process a replacement immediately.
- If Shipping Protection was opted out/not purchased: myminiblast is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. Standard carrier tracking information will be provided, but claims must be handled directly through the shipping carrier.
Damaged or Defective Items (With Shipping Protection)
If your package arrives damaged in transit and you purchased Shipping Protection:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@myminiblast.store.
- Include your order number, a brief description, and photo or video proof of the damaged item and packaging.
Upon review and verification, a replacement item will be issued.
